2. How It Works

Our custom jewellery process is simple, transparent, and designed around your needs. Just follow these three steps:

Step 1 — Share Your Design
Submit your desired design along with any references, sketches, or specifications by filling out the custom design form available on our Website. The more detail you provide, the better we can bring your vision to life.

Step 2 — Review and Approve
Our team will prepare a detailed quotation along with a 3D rendering of your design, inclusive of all specifications. You will have the opportunity to review, request adjustments, and provide your approval before any work commences.

Step 3 — Place Your Order and Receive Your Piece
Once you are completely satisfied with the design and quotation, place your order and complete the payment. Your custom piece will then be expertly crafted and delivered directly to you.

3. Important Conditions

Please note the following terms applicable to all custom jewellery orders:

• Custom jewellery orders are initiated only upon receipt of full payment and confirmation from our payment gateway partners;
• The design charge paid to initiate the 3D rendering and quotation process is strictly non-refundable;
• By submitting a custom design, you represent and warrant that the design is entirely your own and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party;
• Custom jewellery orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. In certain cases, an upgrade may be offered subject to availability, at our sole discretion; and
• The value of a custom order may be applied toward the purchase of any other product of equal or greater value, where applicable.
