1. Overview

Classy Cut is pleased to offer an exclusive Upgrade Programme, designed to ensure that our customers continue to receive the best possible value on every purchase. This programme allows you to return previously purchased Classy Cut jewellery and apply its value toward a new order.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Upgrade Programme, the following conditions must be met:

• The jewellery being returned must have been originally purchased from Classy Cut;
• The value of the new order must be a minimum of 25% higher than the original purchase value of the item being returned;
• The item being returned must be in its original condition, free from any damage, alteration, or modification; and
• The item must not have been previously repaired, restored, or altered in any manner.

3. Documentation Requirements

All items submitted for an upgrade must be accompanied by:

• The original certificate(s) issued at the time of purchase; and
• All original documents provided with the jewellery, including diamond grading reports where applicable.

Classy Cut reserves the right to decline any upgrade request where the returned item does not meet the above conditions or is not accompanied by the required documentation.

4. General Conditions

This Upgrade Programme is available exclusively on jewellery purchased directly from Classy Cut and is subject to the terms and conditions set out herein. Classy Cut reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this programme at any time without prior notice.
