CLASSY CUT — SHIPPING POLICY
1. Free Shipping Within India
Classy Cut is pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders delivered within India. No shipping charges will be applied to your order at checkout for any domestic delivery.
Please note that free shipping is exclusively available for orders delivered within India. International orders may be subject to applicable shipping charges, import duties, and taxes as outlined in Section 3 of this Policy.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Within India: 15 to 20 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Worldwide: 20 to 25 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs processing requirements, and other factors beyond our reasonable control. Classy Cut shall not be held liable for any delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs authorities, or other external circumstances.
3. International Shipping
International orders are subject to applicable shipping charges, import duties, customs fees, and taxes levied by the destination country. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be borne or reimbursed by Classy Cut under any circumstances.
Customers placing international orders are strongly advised to familiarise themselves with the import regulations and applicable duties in their respective countries prior to placing an order.
4. Charges Applicable on Specific Transactions
While all standard orders within India qualify for complimentary shipping, shipping costs and any applicable import duties or taxes will be levied on the following transactions:
- Returns, within the applicable return period;
- Free trial products, upon return of the item;
- Repair orders, for shipment to and from our facility; and
- Upgrade orders, where applicable.
All applicable charges will be communicated to the customer at the time of initiating the relevant request.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a personalised shipment tracking link will be sent directly to your registered email address. To protect the privacy and security of your order, tracking details are not displayed publicly on our Website. Your shipment information remains strictly between Classy Cut and you.
6. Packaging
All orders are carefully and securely packaged to ensure the safety and integrity of your purchase during transit. Our packaging process is designed to protect both the product and the confidentiality of your order.
7. Undelivered or Returned Shipments
In the event that a shipment is undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failure to collect the package, or refusal of delivery, any re-delivery charges incurred shall be borne solely by the customer. Classy Cut shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from an undelivered shipment due to customer error.
