PART A — RETURN POLICY
1. Overview

- "30 Day Returns" — applicable to all orders placed within India
- "15 Day Returns" — applicable to all international orders
2. Return Eligibility and Documentation
All return requests must be accompanied by:
- The original product in its unaltered condition;
- All documents and certificates provided at the time of purchase; and
- The original diamond grading report or certificate, where applicable.
Classy Cut reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline any return request that is not accompanied by the original product and all required documentation.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made and personalised jewellery is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. Any product that has been customised — including modifications to metal type, stone selection, or design — shall not be eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
4. Return Shipping and Associated Costs
Customers are solely responsible for all costs associated with the return process, including but not limited to:
- Return shipping charges;
- Applicable taxes and duties; and
- Any other fees incurred during transit.
Classy Cut shall not reimburse any shipping costs, taxes, or duties incurred during the return process. Classy Cut further reserves the right to designate or change the return delivery address at its discretion.

The refund process will be initiated solely after the returned product has been received by Classy Cut and successfully assessed and verified by our Quality Assurance team. Classy Cut may require written confirmation from the customer prior to initiating the refund.
7. Refund Deduction
A deduction of 20% of the product value will be applied to all eligible refunds. This deduction accounts for handling, assessment, and administrative costs associated with the return.
8. Non-Reimbursable Costs
All charges incurred during the return process — including shipping fees, duties, and taxes — are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed or offset against the refund amount.
9. Refund Processing Timeline
Refunds will be processed following the satisfactory completion of all assessment and verification procedures. Please note that this process may take up to 60 days from the date of receipt of the returned product at our facility.
10. Disputes Regarding Refund Amount
In the event of any disagreement regarding the refund amount determined by Classy Cut, the product will be returned to the customer at their own cost. All shipping charges, duties, and taxes associated with re-delivery shall be borne entirely by the customer.
11. Final Authority
Classy Cut reserves the sole and final right to determine the refund amount applicable to any return. By completing a purchase on classycutsstones.com, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Return and Refund Policy. No legal claims shall be entertained with respect to the refund amount as determined by Classy Cut.
