Classy Cut supports fair and legal diamond trade. We ensure the diamonds we source are from mines across the world that follow fair employment practices and provide the best conditions to miners including healthcare, and are socially and environmentally responsible. We do not source any of our diamonds and jewellery from places where human rights are violated.

Diamond Upgrade Policy
Classy Cut will be happy to assist any of our customers who wish to upgrade diamonds. However, the upgrade programme will depend on the availability of stock. We reserve the rights to change our policy without notice.
Return And Refund Policy
Our Return Policy, as it may change from time to time, is a part of this Agreement and reflected fully on our website under "30 Day Returns" applicable only in India.

All returns must be accompanied by the original documents sent to the customer. Any return of a diamond made without the original diamond or document Classy Cut Reserve the right to cancel the Return.
The User has to Pay for the Shipping Charges and Tax Duties whatsoever Fees applied during the Returning of the product. Classy Cut Reserve the right to change the location of return address as per State within India.
Classy Cut are not liable to pay for shipping or any kind of taxes and duties during the return all charges will be paid by the user.
Custom Made Jewellery will not be included in this Return Policy. Any kind of Customization in Metal or Stone will not be Refundable.

The Refund process will be initiated once we have the product and based on the assessment the refund will be provided.
A 20% Deduction Price will be applicable on the product.
All the charges including the Shipping, Duties will be given by the Customer itself no charges will be paid by Classy Cut.
The refund will be provided once assessment is done it may take upto 60 days after receiving the product and assessment is done. Classy Cut will verify that it's you and after receiving the confirmation from your side the refund process will be imitated.
In Case of disagreeing on the Amount of refund the product will be delivered back to the User and the delivery charges including the shipping and duties will be paid by the user.
Classy Cut reserve the right to fix the amount to be refunded no Legal action will be taken regarding the refund amount.
