Classy Cut reserves the right to change any relevant retail prices displayed on the Platforms at any time without prior notice.

Use Of Materials On The Platforms (Products)

Classy Cut have created various Platforms to provide information about its company and products for your personal use. Whilst considerable effort has been made to ensure that the visual representations of Classy Cut products displayed on the platforms are representative of the color, design, and style, etc. of the original products, slight variations, distortions, and/or differences may be apparent when compared to the original product. This may, for example, be due to technical issues such as your browser or computer settings. Accordingly, Classy Cut cannot be held liable for any apparent differences in the product images represented on the Platforms and the original products. 

Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than the actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Sometimes the items may be represented larger than the actual size to clearly show details or smaller than the actual size to show the entire item. The Dimension Specified on the Product Image may vary from the actual size of the Product. The metal weight of the product as specified in the product details may vary from the actual product weight. The Company shall not be liable for any legal action on this account

The Diamond Carat weight may vary 10-15% as mention in the Product details in the actual product.

Custom Jewelry designs for Jewelry, belonging to and submitted by customers (“Custom Design”). As such you hereby agree and certify that the Custom Design (i) are your designs and do not belong to anybody else, and (ii) are not subject to any protectable intellectual property rights (trademark, copyright, etc.) of others. Once a customer submits payment to initiate a custom design draft, the design charge is not refundable. Any Custom jewelry order placed will be initiated after taking the receiving Full payment and also getting the confirmation regarding the same from our payment gateway partners. You can only replace the order for the Custom Jewelry in some cases upgrade might be possible which will be informed to customer subject to availability. No Refund will be provided for the Same. You can purchase any other product at the Same or Higher Price. 

Diamond Certificates

When you order a loose diamond, we ship it to you with the accompanying diamond grading report (also called a diamond certificate). These grading reports are detailed documents created by diamond grading experts at one of two highly-respected diamond laboratories - making it very expensive to replace a diamond grading report. Because of this, we require each diamond grading report to be included with each returned diamond. If you do not include the diamond grading report with your return, you will be charged a replacement fee of US$150 (or equivalent amount in other currencies).

Jewelry Certificates

Classy Cut provide the jewelry Certificate with every Jewellery product. However, the certificate is provided by a third-party. Classy Cut does not provide its Certificate hence Company is not liable for any mistakes or any kind of problem that arises in the Certificate it’s the third party’s fault and Classy Cut Cannot be held liable for any kind of certificate issue and one cannot take legal action on Classy Cut with regards to the Jewellery.

Product Descriptions

Classy Cut make all reasonable efforts to display the products listed for sale on its web site(s) as accurately as possible. However, the colors we use, as well as the display and color capabilities of your computer monitor, will affect the colors that you see on your screen. Classy Cut cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any product color, texture, or detail will be accurate. Also, Classy Cut does not warrant that product description or other content are accurate, complete, reliable current, or error-free. While Classy Cut makes every effort to ensure that our products are described and priced accurately, if an item is deemed to be priced incorrectly, Classy Cut reserves the right to refuse the sale of that item. If the pricing error is discovered after payment has been finalized, Classy Cut reserves the right to cancel the sale and refund the transaction in full. If a product offered by Classy Cut is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason is unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Diamond Dropping Or Damage

If after receiving the product the Diamond is Damaged or Dropped then Classy Cut cannot be held liable in any circumstance. As it is checked and verified that everything this is accurate and up to our standards before it’s been shipped. And remaking the jewelry will cost accordingly

Errors, Corrections, and Changes

We do not represent or warrant that the Site will be error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. We do not represent or warrant that the information available on or through the Site will be correct, accurate, timely, or otherwise reliable. We may make changes to the features, functionality, or content of the Site at any time. We reserve the right to correct or remove any errors and all when they occur. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to edit or delete any documents, information, or other content appearing on the Site.

Payments

You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us or Merchants that (i) any credit information you supply is true and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes and shipping. If you want to do part payment you have to informed to us prior at before making the payment. No part payment will be honored before payment and also no refund will be provided for the same. In Case of any Payment Compromised Classy Cut cannot be held liable for any means and Classy Cut reserves the right to block the User in such Scenarios and no product will be delivered or shipped. Any errors during the payment will be our sole responsible Classy Cut does not liable for any payment error or Failed Transaction or Amount Deducted from your Account during the Payment. If you choose to access or make purchases from this site from other locations, you do so on your own volition and are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. The User can cancel the order within the 48Hrs of placing order and will get 100% refund if not shipped. If the order is canceled after 48Hrs the amount will be deducted according to the Return and refund policy.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising with respect to this Agreement shall be resolved by negotiation between the parties or, if necessary, by resort to an appropriate federal or state court located in Mumbai, Maharashtra India.

Retail Purchase

Any Member who wishes to purchase an item from the Website can either:

1 Add the selected diamond(s) directly to the shopping cart; or

2 Customize jewellery by adding diamond(s) to a ring, pendant, earring or any other type of jewellery that is expressly stated as customizable on the Website and then add the item to the shopping cart; or

3 Choose from the selection of Jewellery available on the Website and add the item to the shopping cart

In the event of a User wishing to make a purchase, the User may be required to register on the website after adding the item(s) to the shopping cart. The Members shall also provide any other mandatory information required under law like Permanent Account Number (PAN) and/or GST number or any other proof details at the time of purchase. For International logistics you may asked for Tax Number or any equivalent document required for shipping or accounts purpose.

Orders, are normally considered complete only after the payment has been received by ClassyCutsStones.com.

To confirm the orders, ClassyCutsStones.com may at random, call up the Members who have placed orders through the Website and ask the Member a verification question. ClassyCutsStones.com will confirm the order only after the verification question is answered by the Member.

Once the purchase of item(s) is confirmed, ClassyCutsStones.com:

In the case of Loose Diamond or customised jewellery - order for the diamond(s), set it on the Mount and deliver it to the Member; or

In the case of Jewellery - order for the manufacture of the Jewellery and deliver it to the Member.

In the event the bank rejects to honour any payment transaction made by a Member towards an order, ClassyCutsStones.com shall have the right to refuse to ship the order to the Member without any liability whatsoever.
